Gender Discrimination steals a woman's future

Summary of Opinion column:

The opinion column discusses the differences between gender roles in society. Women are seen as individuals who are incapable to look after themselves. This shows how dependent they are towards males because of their cultural values and beliefs. Through this article, the idea of socialism is portrayed, whereby women can only achieve fortune and greatness through marriage. Furthermore, it expresses the gender inequality in the workplace, which displays how women are often overlooked by their skills and work ethnic. It provides examples of situations where women were judged in the workplace because of their femininity and treated unfairly, by major differences in salaries between males and females. It stated that men's salaries are 85% greater than females.
It goes on by saying that many women who have gone through similar situations are afraid to take legal action because they are internally or externally incapable to have the necessary resources, however, through the past years, women are able to stand up for themselves by protesting, earning good merits.

Rationale:

Throughout this pastiche, social equality (norms) as a bias view point will be portrayed to highlight the societal norms and standards placed on gender, particularly, females. Through this perspective, the inequality between the gender will be explored with the use of factual information, to demonstrate how gender roles effects the outcome or achievements of an individual.

Pastiche:

Social inequality is the differences and unequal opportunities through positions and various classes in society. Society, or more specific, shared groups, categorizes certain individuals in different classes. From gender stereotypes, to racial stereotypes. These are all aspects that society wants us to conform to. Yes, it is true! 8/10, an individual criticizes another more than 10 times in 1 hour. This means that you are, in fact, one of those Those who find it pleasant to deteriorate another, to gain self - awareness and self - confidence. However, doing so doesn't make you seem more admirable, but makes you more ignorant. Its like seeing taking cotton candy from a child. Yes you feel good in the short run, but in the long run does not benefit you at all. It's like they say, do on to other, like you want them to do on to you.

Now, to the matter at hand, society somehow generated a system to where females are seen not to be capable of achieving her dreams, but kicked to the curb, to look after the snotty noses of men. The worst thing is how they are appreciated. Forget it! They are not as merely as appreciated as males in society. Another is how they are treated by their significant other. They are diminished to the core of the ocean, where they are unable to breathe, to swim, to live on their own. In all aspects of life, women are misguided by most belief systems, telling them what to eat, what to wear and who to be. This is why they are treated in such as way that they are physically and emotionally impaired to overcome the obstacles that is present in their lives.

It is time that women stand up for their rights. We are capable to reach new heights, depending on a particular subject (eg. occupation). Let there be less talking and more action. Having dependence on males boosts their self - dominance and confidence. We should not allow for that to happen. There are many situations where women are treated unfairly, like the workplace. Having ruled by alpha males, females are for sure not going to be recognized in society. From their power, they are basically trying to rule a world to where which women are not seen as reliable or a perfect fit.
So, are we just going to sit back and watch all these geese alienate this whole planet, or are we going to stand up high, chin up, and hair flowing of course, and become the perfected dragon that no one has ever seen before...
